Gwendolyn Campbell
Ms. Campbell is a 31 year Xerox employee the last 13 spent in Corporate Finance - Consolidated Revenue Reporting. Ms. Campbell has launched several of the Order to install systems and applications. She is the Subject Matter Expert for all Order entry/billing & pricing systems/ applications as well as Internal Control. She is the Audit focal point for Corporate Finance. Ms. Campbell has authored and trained all Consolidated Revenue Reporting Processes / procedures and related Audit materials. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms.Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and is in the process of receiving her Masters degree. Ms. Campbell sits on the board of directors of the Black Womens Leadership Foundation.
Dr. Derke Hughes
Dr. Hughes is a researcher, analyst, and system engineer in the Sensors and Sonar Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC). Dr. Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Hughes has expertise in vibration analysis, acoustics, hydrophone systems, systems engineering, and sensor systems. While Dr. Hughes certainly contributes to the research community, he also pursues business goals as an investor in an investment group and real estate interest.
Alicia Hughes
Ms. Hughes is the founder and owner of One of We Holdings, LLC. The company is two years old and currently operates a Firehouse Subs Franchise in Moore OK, with rights to develop two others. Ms. Hughes has 20 years of expertise in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. She has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering, and an Executive MBA.
